About Push My Button

Push My Button owners Steve Foster and Derek Lamb started Push My Button in 2014 after Steve travelled through Heathrow Airport and experienced the HappyOrNot devices first-hand.

Through his customer journey at the airport he pressed multiple HappyOrNot kiosks providing both negative and positive reactions to his experience, in the moment.

As a result of his background in delivering CRM solutions, he realised how important collecting feedback was, and that by keeping it simple, HappyOrNot had nailed the process.

Steve was so impressed by the system that he contacted the HappyOrNot Head Office in Finland and went on to become the Australasia reseller of HappyOrNot.

Steve and Derek both have backgrounds in IT, Sales and Marketing and had worked together at a tech company, before deciding to set up Push My Button.
